2026 Fast and Furriest 5K Run
Join us for our Fast and Furriest 5K Run to support your local shelter, Central Texas SPCA! This will be a chip-timed event.
The Details
What: A chip-timed 5k run
Where: Brushy Creek Lake Park in Cedar Park
When: 8:30am Saturday October 24th, 2026
Every entrant gets a medal! Prizes for winners. Note that 5K = 3.1 miles.
Register by 10pm on September 17th to be guaranteed a race shirt! After September 17th, race shirts are first-come, first-served.
Packet pick up will be available onsite day-of starting at 7:30am.
Note: This 5k is part of Central Texas SPCA’s Barktoberfest festival. A 1-mile fun walk, festival, and costume contests for both kids and dogs are offered at Veteran’s Memorial Park on Saturday October 17th.
