Every dog adopted from the Central Texas SPCA is tested for heartworms, spayed or neutered, microchipped and given all age-appropriate vaccines before they go home. All dogs are kept current on flea, tick and heartworm prevention. The cost for these pre-adoption services is around $300, using any discounts we are offered through our veterinary partners.
IF A DOG IS NO LONGER ON OUR WEBSITE, IT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION.
We accept up to two applications per animal and DO NOT do same day adoptions.
Adoption Fees: $95 for dogs 7-months and older. $150 for puppies under 7-months.
