Due to our space limitations, we are unable to accept stray animals or owner surrenders. If you absolutely must surrender your pet or you find a stray animal, you can contact the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter if you live in Williamson County or the Austin Animal Center if you live in Travis County.

Need to contact us with a general question or inquiry? Please use this form but do not use it to inquire about appointments to meet animals.

Interested in adopting a cat or dog? Come out to the shelter on Saturdays from Noon-5 p.m. or email us at Appointments@CentralTexasSPCA.org. Be sure to mention “appointment/adoption” in the subject line. Please do not use this email address for general inquiries or questions not related to appointments/adoptions.

Visiting Hours

The Shelter is currently open by appointment-only due to construction along Falcon Oaks. To make your appointment to meet our amazing cats and dogs, please call 512-260-7722.

We will return to our normal public hours sometime in mid to late March.

The shelter is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Christmas.
