Save the Date for Our 22nd Annual Barktoberfest on Saturday, October 19, 2024 - Veteran’s Memorial Park, Cedar Park, TX
Returning to Veteran’s Memorial Park—near the Cedar Bark Park—based on positive reviews in 2023, this year’s event will include a 5K fun run, one-mile walk, canine costume contest, a silent auction, vendor & sponsor booths, food, fun and more! Dogs on leashes welcome for the 5K and one-mile walk.
Sponsor levels & perks: All sponsors receive their name &/or logo on event signage and event t-shirts, booth space at the event (at least 10’ x 10’), and may put marketing materials in our participants’ sWAG bags. All sponsors will be listed on our website (Title 1 year, Platinum 9 mos., Gold 6 mos., Silver 3 mos., and Bronze 1 mo.) and featured in social media posts. Dedication plaques at the shelter will be provided for Title sponsors (10” x 14”) and Platinum sponsors (5” x 7”). Canine costume judging options will be offered to Title, Platinum and Gold sponsors. All sponsors will be allowed to have one to 8 walkers or runners registered based on level of sponsorship (more details closer to event). Title sponsors are limited to one sponsor per type of business (e.g., one vet clinic, one pet food/supply store, etc.) based on date of payment.
Vendors: All vendors will receive a 10’ x 10’ booth space (you must provide your own canopy, table, and chairs) and are welcome to put sWAG in our participants’ bags. Vendors have the options of being listed on our virtual marketplace from the event through year-end at no extra cost.

Pet Photo Contest - Will be Happening Online starting late September 2024
Do you have a photogenic feline? A picturesque pug? A fetching ferret? Do you think your pet is picture-perfect? This is your chance to show them off, costume or not. Want to participate? You’ll just need to post a photo of your pet in costume (or not) and ask your friends to vote online. 100% of the proceeds will be used to help homeless dogs and cats at the Central Texas SPCA. There is no cost to enter and you can enter as many photos as you like. This photo fundraiser will be a great way to celebrate your best friend(s), while supporting the important work done at the shelter.
