RECYCLE CARTRIDGES

Did you know that empty ink jet printer cartridge can be recycled to help save homeless pets? It's simple! Just DROP the cartridge in a self-addressed, postage paid envelope, SEAL it up and put it in the MAIL. A short while later, the CTSPCA will get a check from the recycler to help our pets.

Where can I get mailing envelopes? We always have a large supply of envelopes on hand at the shelter. We also have compact, professional looking envelope dispensers that you may put in your office, church, or other public gathering space. The dispensers are free and there is no obligation. If the envelopes don't disappear, we will be happy to take the dispenser back. If you would like info about getting envelopes for your own use or a dispenser, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

We can also accept empty name-brand laser printer/copier cartridges. Unfortunately store brands (e.g., Office Depot) and remanufactured brands can not be recycled. If you have a large cartridge, you may bring it to the shelter at your next visit. If you have a large number that have been collected at your office, please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. This program is a great way for you to help the environment (recycling reduces waste) and help us provide quality care to homeless pets!

CELL PHONE FOR CRITTERS

Have you updated your cell phone recently? Don't know what to do with the old one you no longer use? Donate it to the CTSPCA!

The shelter is now participating with eBay and Cash for Critters to recycle old cell phones. Simply drop off your phone (and accessories if you have them) at the drop box in the shelter office, and you will help generate funds for your four legged pals! Don't worry, we won't let Amos use any of your minutes!

Can't make it to the shelter? Mail it to us at CTSPCA, PO Box 98, Cedar Park, TX 78630 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

DONATE A VEHICLE PROGRAM

The Central Texas SPCA has partnered with Car Program LLC to expand the ways in which our friends and supporters may help us achieve our mission of Finding Forever Families(TM). Now, you can donate a car, truck, trailer, boat, RV or other vehicle to help us save more homeless pets.

Since 1992, Car Program LLC has supported charities across the nation by handling vehicle donations. They are licensed and bonded. When you donate your vehicle to the Central Texas SPCA, Car Program LLC handles all the logistics and fees and gives 70% of the proceeds from the sale of your vehicle to our shelter. There is no out-of-pocket expense to the CTSPCA. Because we have a small staff, we would not be able to effectively handle your donation without the help of Car Program LLC.

When you make a vehicle donation to the CTSPCA, our partners at Car Program LLC will conduct a courtesy follow-up call to you to assure your satisfaction and quality control. An annual audit of Car Program operations is performed by an independent auditing firm. They work with reputable towing companies to provide timely, professional and courteous towing.
