Dora

Dora, a striking calico, was part of a large outdoor cat "colony" cared for by an elderly lady who recently passed away. She and Diego, her roommate, were brought into our adoption program in September and they are doing quite well. She seems a bit shy at first--not uncommon for a cat from a too-large cat colony--but she enjoys being petted and is becoming more confident and outgoing each day. In the short time she's been with us, she is starting to play--showing her fondness for balls and peacock feathers.

We encourage families to meet the pet they are interested in and accept applications on site at the shelter. Please visit our site www.centraltexasspca.org/AboutUs for our hours and directions. Our adoption guidelines can be found under the Adopt tab. We adopt to the Central Texas area and cannot do out of state adoptions.
