Dr. Steve Elmore, Vice PresidentBusiness Architect for Social Enterprise at Appirio Dr. Steve Elmore develops technology and change management blueprints for the launch of collaborative initiatives. He has led the development of cutting-edge collaboartive technologies at both Cisco and Moxie Software. Steve serves on the faculties of University of Phoenix and Grand Canyon University. In addition to a Doctor of Business Administration, he holds an MBA in Global Management and a BS in Business Management. Michael Cummings, Treasurer
Vice President, Housing Authority of the City of Austin
Michael Cummings has been with the Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) since 2000. In 2007 Michael was named Vice president of Southwest Housing, a non-profit subsidiary of HACA responsible for compliance oversight of U.S Department of HUD subsidized housing in the states of Texas and Arkansas. Prior to his tenure at HACA Michael worked in the fields of Commercial Banking and Commercial Reinsurance. Michael has his Masters in Public Administration from Texas State University and his Bachelor Degree in Finance from Bentley University. Michael is also a graduate of Leadership Austin. Michael’s past volunteer activities have included Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Austin, AISD school mentor, and service as a Board Member, Treasurer and current volunteer for Micah 6 of Austin. A native of Massachusetts, Michael has lived in Austin since 1993. Michelle Zoeller, Secretary Paralegal / Training Specialist at Davis & Wilkerson, P.C.
Barbara Clemenhagen, MemberVice President of Commercial and External Relations Ms. Clemenhagen has 19 years of experience in the power industry. She is currently the President of the Texas Competitive Power Advocates (TCPA) and sits on the ERCOT Technical Advisory Committee; in 1998, she was appointed by the Premier of British Columbia by Order-in-Council as Commissioner at the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC). Before joining Topaz Power, she was the Director of Regional Regulatory Affairs for Sempra Global, and lead on Sempra Global’s electric market design from 2002 to 2004. Ms. Clemenhagen serves as the Vice President of Commercial and External Relations of Topaz Power group, responsible for directing legal, regulatory, and external relations activities.
